4-Ingredient Chia Pudding

With four simple ingredients, it doesn’t get any easier than this, especially when it’s meal-prep friendly!

Simple Ingredients!

Add chia seeds, plant-based milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a small container.

Stir these ingredients together. Make sure to break up any chia seed clumps.

Let it sit for about 5 minutes and then stir the chia pudding again. 

Refrigerate the chia pudding for 2 or more hours. Add toppings and enjoy!
