Banana Bread Cookies (Vegan)

Crunchy toasted walnuts on the outside, and so soft in the middle, these vegan banana bread cookies are a must-try! 

Ingredients

Cream the vegan butter and sugar together with a fork or mixer until it's crumbly.

Mash the bananas into this mixture until smooth.

Stir in the vanilla and applesauce.

Use a sifter to add the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

Gently stir the dough together until it's combined. Fold in the nuts.

Scoop dollops of dough onto the baking sheet about 1 inch apart.

Press the walnuts onto the top of each cookie.

Bake them for 14-16 minutes.
