BBQ Chicken Pizza (vegan)

This is such a fun meal! Crispy pizza with layers of deliciousness is created with your favorite barbecue sauce and vegan cheeses. 

Ingredients

Place the pizza dough onto a floured surface. Stretch it with your hands to about 12-14 inches in diameter.

Place the dough onto the pizza pan. You can add cornmeal to the bottom of the pan for added flavor here.

Spread the bbq sauce over the dough. Leave a ½-inch border.

Top the sauce with freshly minced garlic.

Add the vegan chicken in a flat layer.

Sprinkle vegan cheddar all over.

Shred and add vegan gouda or mozzarella.

Add half of the red onions, and then the salt, and pepper.

Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes. It's ready when the crust is gold-brown and the cheese is mostly melted. 

Top the bbq pizza with more sauce, the remaining red onions, and cilantro.
