Blue Chia Pudding

This Blue Chia Pudding is delicious, nutritious, and incredibly easy to make! It's colored with healthy blue spirulina and naturally vegan.


Add the spirulina and 2 tablespoons of the plant milk to a jar. Stir them together into a paste. 

Add the remaining plant milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla.

Stir them together, making sure to break up any clumps.

Let it sit for 5 minutes, then give it another good stir. 

Chill the blue chia pudding in the refrigerator for 2 hours or longer. 

Enjoy it as is or layer it with coconut yogurt and your favorite toppings!
