Blue Chia  Seed Pudding

This delicious Blue Chia Pudding is naturally vegan and so easy to make! 

Ingredients

Stir together blue spirulina and 2 tablespoons of plant-based milk.

Add more plant milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla.

Stir them together and make sure to break up any clumps.

Let this sit for 5 minutes, then give it another good stir. 

Chill it in the refrigerator for 2 or more hours. 

Enjoy it as is or  layer it with coconut yogurt and your favorite toppings!
