Chewy Vegan Chai Cookies

Everyone will love their soft and chewy centers with a touch of crispness at the edges of these vegan chai cookies!

Ingredients

Combine the chai spices in a small bowl.

Mix the cane sugar and chai spices in a large bowl. Set aside 3 tablespoons to roll the dough balls in later.

Add the brown sugar and vegan butter. Cream them together until it's fluffy.

Stir in the egg replacer, plant milk, and vanilla.

Add the flour, baking soda, and salt to a separate bowl and stir them. 

Combine the wet and dry ingredients.

Chill the dough for 1 hour. This will help the dough firm up, intensify the chai flavors, and make them extra chewy.

Scoop the dough and roll them into balls. Then roll the balls in the sugar-chai spice mixture.

Place them on a cookie sheets 2 inches apart.

Bake them for 10-12 minutes. Remove them as soon as the edges look like they're starting to firm up. 

Let them cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
