Make a flax egg by stirring ground flax seeds into the veggie broth. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.

Add the drained chickpeas to a food processor along with the oat flour, parsley, onions, and seasoning.

Pulse it for a minute or two. Then, pour in the flax egg and pulse it until everything is combined.

Scoop out 1/4 cup at a time and roll them into balls. Then, press them into discs.

Cook them for 3-4 minutes on each side or until they're golden brown and crispy on the outside.
