Chocolate Bread (Vegan)

This Vegan Chocolate Bread is so moist, fluffy, and delicious! It's so easy to make and always a big hit!


Combine the apple cider vinegar and plant milk to create a vegan buttermilk.

Add the flour, cane sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt to a bowl. Stir them together.

Pour the vegan buttermilk, vegan yogurt, melted vegan butter, and vanilla to a separate bowl.

Stir them together until it's smooth and creamy.

Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Stir them together just until you see a few streaks of flour left. 

Fold in most of the chocolate chips, saving some for toppings.

Pour the batter into a loaf pan. Top it with the remaining chocolate chips.

Bake the bread for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. 

Let the chocolate bread cool completely before slicing it.
