Crispy Vegan  Breaded Mushrooms

These crispy Vegan Breaded Mushrooms are better than any you'd find at a restaurant, yet so easy to make!

A Few Simple Ingredients

Heat oil over medium-high heat in a small to medium-sized pot.

Add the mushrooms and cornstarch to a bowl with a fitted lid. 

Toss them around to coat them.

Combine the wet batter ingredients in a shallow bowl. 

Stir the dry breading ingredients together in a separate bowl.

Coat each mushroom with the wet batter. Shake it off and then place it in the dry bowl.

Roll them into the dry breading until all of the wet batter is covered.

Cook the mushrooms for 3-4 minutes or until they are golden brown.

Let them cool down and  enjoy them with your favorite dipping sauce!
