Dairy-Free Alfredo Sauce

With just a few simple ingredients, this is the perfect meal to throw together on busy weeknights and is very filling!

Just a few ingredients!

Melt plant-based butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the pressed garlic and let it cook for about a minute.

Whisk the flour into the pan and let it cook for 2-3 minutes as it becomes smooth.

Stir the plant milk into the pan. Cook it for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add in the nutritional yeast, seasoning, lemon juice, and pasta water. Let it cook for 2 minutes.

Fully coat pasta of your choice!

Garnish with optional pepper, cayenne, and fresh parsley.
