Easy Oat Milk Pancakes

Every bite of these Oat Milk Pancakes are full of delicious flavor that melts in your mouth! 


Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.

Mix the wet oat milk, melted vegan butter, applesauce, and vanilla extract together in a separate bowl. 

Gently stir the wet and dry ingredients together until you don’t see any streaks of flour.

Heat a nonstick pan to slightly below medium heat. Coat the pan with a thin layer of butter when the pan is fully heated. 

Pour ⅓ cup of the batter onto the pan. Add more pancakes to the pan if there's room.

Let them cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip the pancakes when you see bubbles coming to the surface and popping. 

Cook them on this side for 1-2 minutes. Repeat these steps until you've used up all the batter.
