Vegan Baked Oats

Healthy oats are naturally sweetened and blended into a creamy mixture, then baked into an ooey gooey cookie cake. 

Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease or line an 8x8 dish.

Add the oats, bananas, plant milk, maple syrup, peanut butter, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt to a blender.

Purée it into a smooth and creamy mixture.

Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts with a spoon.

Pour it into the baking dish and top it with a few more chocolate chips.

Bake it for 30 minutes or until it's golden-brown and a toothpick comes out clean.

Eat them as they are or drizzled with peanut butter, agave, maple syrup, plant milk, fruit, vegan yogurt, etc.
