Vegan Bread Pudding

This delicious vegan bread pudding is topped with a butterscotch sauce that melts in your mouth! 

Combine cane sugar, flaxseed meal, and cinnamon.

Heat up the vegan butter and plant milk. Stir them together until the butter has fully melted.

Combine these wet and dry ingredients and set it aside to thicken.

Slice the bread into thick cubes.

Add it to a casserole dish and pour the mixture over it.

Top the bread pudding with optional nuts and bake it for 45-55 minutes. 

While it bakes, combine and cook the sauce ingredients.

Drizzle it over the baked bread pudding and enjoy!
