Easy Vegan Ladyfingers

These Vegan Ladyfingers are perfect for tiramisu or as a snack with your coffee! This recipe is quick and easy and only uses a few ingredients.

Ingredients

Make the vegan buttermilk by combining the soy milk and apple cider vinegar.

Beat the vegan butter and cane sugar together until it forms a grainy texture.

Mix in the vegan buttermilk and vanilla extract.

Add the flour, baking powder, and salt to the bowl through a sifter.

Beat the dry ingredients in just until they’re combined. The batter will be smooth and thick.

Spoon the batter into a piping bag or gallon bag.

Pipe the batter in strips onto parchment paper.

Bake the ladyfingers for  10-12 minutes.

Dust them with powdered sugar and enjoy!
