Easy Vegan  Mexican Pizza

These Taco Bell-style Vegan Mexican Pizzas are crispy, cheesy, and so hearty!

Ingredients

Sauté onions then add vegan crumbles and taco seasoning. Cook it for 5 minutes.

Toast the tortillas to crips them up. 

Place half of the tortillas on a sheet pan and spread a thick layer of beans on them.

Sprinkle crumbles onto each one, then drizzle some sauce on top. 

Spread vegan cheese on top. Add another tortilla on top and then drizzle sauce on them. 

Add more vegan cheese on top. Bake them near the top of the oven for 8-10 minutes at 400°F.

Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
