Combine the
gochujang sauce ingredients and set this aside for now so the flavors can come together.

Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

Whisk the breading ingredients together. Pour the bread crumbs into a separate bowl.

A few at a time, coat the caulifower with the wet batter and shake off the excess.
