Healthy  Tofu Quinoa Bowl

Easily roast the veggies and bake the crispy tofu all on one sheet pan while cooking a healthy pot of quinoa.

Ingredients

Marinate tofu with olive oil and soy sauce. Coat them with cornstarch.

Place chopped vegetables and the tofu on a baking sheet.

Roast them for 30 minutes in the oven.

Meanwhile, cook the quinoa according to the package instructions.

Arrange the grain bowls by adding all of the ingredients.

Drizzle spicy tahini over top and sprinkle healthy chia seeds before enjoying!
