Vegan Baked Oats

This healthy Vegan Baked Oats Recipe is like a wholesome dessert for breakfast!


Preheat the oven and grease or line an 8x8 dish.

Add the oats, bananas, plant milk, maple syrup, peanut butter, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt to a blender.

Blend it into a smooth and creamy mixture.

Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts with a spoon.

Add it to the baking dish and top it with a few more chocolate chips.

Bake it for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Eat them as they are or topped with peanut butter, agave, maple syrup, plant milk, fruit, vegan yogurt, etc.
