Kung Pao Veggies

This delicious Kung Pao Vegetable recipe is vegan, hearty, and quite nutritious!

Ingredients

Chop the vegetables into bite-sized chunks. Mince the garlic and ginger. 

Make the sauce by combining the cornstarch, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, hoisin, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.

Sauté the onions, peppers, broccoli, and mushrooms until they soften. Add the garlic, ginger, and chilies.

Pour the sauce into the pan. Let the veggies cook for 5 more minutes.

Take the pan off of the heat and stir in the nuts and green onions.
