Matcha Brownies (Vegan)

These fudgy Vegan Matcha Brownies are a green tea lover’s dream!

Ingredients

Melt the vegan butter and half of the vegan white chocolate chips.

Stir in the cane sugar and then let this mixture cool for 5 minutes.

Mix the egg replacer with the plant milk until it's smooth. Let it sit for 3-4 minutes.

Whisk the flour, powdered sugar, and baking powder together in a separate bowl.

Mix the egg replacer into the wet mixture. 

Use a sifter to add the matcha powder. Whisk this into a smooth mixture.

Gently fold in the dry ingredients. 

Stir in the remaining white chocolate chips. 

Spread the batter into a flat layer in the dish and then top it with more chocolate chips.

Cover the dish and bake it for 25-30 minutes.
