No Yeast Cinnamon Rolls (Vegan)

Your family will love waking up to the smell of these easy vegan cinnamon rolls without yeast!


Mix the dry dough ingredients in a large bowl. 

Use a fork or pastry cutter to cut the butter in. Stir in the wet ingredients.

Gently work the dough for about 2 minutes till the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Roll the dough out onto a floured surface making sure to flour your rolling pin as well. 

Spread the softened butter over the entire surface of the dough.

Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the dough until about half an inch before the edge.

Start at the long end and use both hands to snuggly roll the dough. Cut the log into rolls.

Place them in the dish an equal distance apart.

Pour the vegan creamer over the rolls. 

Bake them for 20-25 minutes or until they are a very light golden brown.

Combine the icing ingredients and spread it over the cinnamon rolls.
