Oat Milk Chia Pudding

Oat milk chia pudding is delicious and nutritious! This healthy breakfast or snack is high in fiber, protein, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants!

With just four simple ingredients, it doesn’t get any easier than this, especially when it’s meal-prep friendly!

Pour the chia seeds in a lidded container such as a small glass jar.

Add oat milk and  vanilla extract.

Add maple syrup or another favorite sweetener.

SERENE TRAIL

Stir the ingredients around making sure to scrape any chia seeds along the edges. Let it sit for about 5 minutes then re-stir to break up any chia seed clumps.

Place the container in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. You can also leave it in the refrigerator overnight or for multiple days for meal-prep.
