Peach Crisp (Vegan)

Juicy fresh peaches are baked under an oat and pecan topping in this delicious crisp! Satisfy your sweet tooth with this favorite dessert! 


Combine the peach-filling ingredients in a large bowl.

Place the peaches in an even layer in a greased dish.

Make the topping by combining the flour, brown sugar, flaxseeds, cinnamon, and ginger. Smash the cold butter in.

Mix in the oats and pecans.

Sprinkle the topping over the peaches in an even layer.

Bake it for about 30 minutes or until it is golden-brown and bubbly. 

Let it cool and enjoy it with a scoop of vegan ice cream!
