Pear Crumble

Fresh pears are baked under a buttery streusel in this delicious Vegan Pear Crumble!


Mix the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.

Add slices of cold vegan butter.

Cut the butter in with a fork or pastry cutter until it forms a crumbly texture.

Stir in the pecans.

Add diced pears, maple syrup, vanilla, and cornstarch to a large bowl.

Gently stir to fully coat the fruit.

Place the pear filling in in an oven-safe dish.

Spread the crumble topping on top.

Bake it until it’s golden brown and bubbling.
