Philly Cheesesteak (Vegan)

Saucy plant based crumbles are sautéed with mushrooms, onions, and peppers before being smothered with melted vegan provolone cheese.

Just a few ingredients needed.

Sauté the onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms until the onions are caramelized.

Set them aside in a bowl and then use the same pan for the vegan crumbles.

Add the crumbles, vegan Worcestershire, and seasoning. 

Cook it for 5 minutes or until it has brown crispy ends.

Add the sautéed onion mixture back to the pan and combine. 

Place the sliced vegan provolone cheese on top. Cover the pan with a lid so it can soften. Then stir it in.

Toast the rolls on a pan or flat top. This helps keep the bread from becoming too soggy.

Spread vegan mayo, ketchup, or any favorite sauce.

Fill the hoagie rolls with the vegan cheesesteak mixture.
