Plant Based Spaghetti Bake

Pasta is twirled into a hearty vegan meat sauce and then baked to cheesy perfection in this easy spaghetti bake!

Ingredients Needed

Preheat the oven and grease a large dish. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

Sauté the garlic and onions in a large pan. Stir in the crumbles and let them cook until they start to get crispy.

Add the sauce, diced  tomatoes, and seasoning. Simmer the sauce for a few minutes. 

Add vegan mozzarella and the sauce to the drained pasta. Stir everything together.

Add the saucy spaghetti to the dish.

Top it with the remaining vegan cheese. 

Bake it covered for 10-20 minutes. Then remove the lid and bake it for a few more minutes for a crispy top.
