Plant Based Strawberry Cobbler

This vibrant and beautiful strawberry cobbler is perfect for any potluck or party. It seems quite fancy but is such a breeze to whip up.


Gently combine the strawberries, brown sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and almond extract. 

Add the strawberries to a small oven-safe dish.

Mix together the flour, cane sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Cut the cold vegan butter into the flour mixture until it’s crumbly.

Pour the plant milk in and stir until it's a thick batter. Spoon clumps of cobbler dough over the strawberries.

Bake it for 40-50 minutes or until the topping is a light golden brown.

Let it cool down and serve it warm with vegan whipped cream, ice cream, or yogurt.
