Poke Bowl With Teriyaki-Ginger Tofu

Tasty grains, fruits, veggies, and teriyaki-ginger tofu are brought together with a delicious sriracha aioli in this vegan recipe! 


Press the tofu for 15 minutes. Cook the rice and steam the edamame.

Prepare the tofu marinade by whisking the teriyaki sauce, garlic, and ginger together.

Slice the tofu into cubes and drizzle the marinade over it. Marinate it for 15 minutes.

Combine the aioli ingredients. Prepare the fruits and vegetables. 

Assemble the poke bowls and enjoy!
