Vegan Queso Fundido

Melted cheese, chorizo, and sautéed veggies come together in such a tasty way!


Sauté onions and jalapeños in a small skillet until they’re soft.

Stir in the vegan chorizo, garlic powder, and salt to the pan. Cook it for 3-4 more minutes.

Take the skillet off the heat and remove some of the chorizo to save for toppings.

Rinse the vegan cheese to remove the separating agent and to add extra moisture to it.

Stir the cheese in with the chorizo, jalapeños, and onions.

Cover the pan and bake it in the oven. After 20 minutes, check to make sure the cheese is mostly melted. 

Remove the lid and let it cook for a few more minutes so the cheese can brown a little.

Top the queso fundido with the remaining chorizo, jalapeños, onions, and other toppings. 

Enjoy it with tortillas, tortilla chips, or veggies.
