Rotel Dip Vegan

This cheesy Vegan Rotel Dip is slightly spicy and full of irresistible flavor! One pan, a few ingredients, and just 20 minutes are all you need.

Ingredients

Purée white beans with  vegetable broth in a blender until they are smooth and creamy.

Sauté onions and vegan beef crumbles. Add the garlic and seasoning to the pan.

Stir in the puréed beans, vegan cheddar shreds, vegan cream cheese, and Ro-tel.

Let it cook for 10-15 minutes or until the vegan cheese has melted.

Garnish the Rotel dip with fresh jalapeños and enjoy!
