The Best Vegan Raspberry Muffins

These vegan raspberry muffins are the most delicious breakfast or snack! They are soft, fluffy, and irresistible!

Ingredients

Mix the plant-based milk and apple cider vinegar together to make vegan buttermilk.

Combine the flour and brown sugar. Cut the vegan butter until it’s crumbly. Set it aside.

Use a sifter to add the flour and other dry ingredients to a large bowl.

Add the wet ingredients, including the vegan buttermilk to the bowl.

Gently stir everything together.

Fold the fresh (or frozen) raspberries into the batter.

Add the batter to a lined muffin tin. Sprinkle the crumble on top of each one.

Bake them for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
