Vegan  American Goulash

This delicious Vegan Goulash easily comes together to create all the comforting flavors of the classic dish! 

Ingredients

Dice the onions and mushrooms. Mince the garlic cloves.

Sauté them for about 5 minutes or until the onions are translucent.

Add the tomato, bouillon, Worcestershire, seasoning, and sugar. Stir occasionally as it cooks for 10 minutes.

Stir in the uncooked pasta and then cover the pot. Stir occasionally as it cooks for 15 minutes.

Take the pot off of the heat and mix in the vegan cheddar.

Garnish the goulash with fresh herbs and enjoy!
