Vegan Apple Crumb Cake

This delicious Vegan Apple Crumble Cake is perfect for brunch or dessert!

Ingredients

Make the topping by mixing the brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Stir in the melted vegan butter until it's crumbly.

Whisk the dry cake ingredients together.

In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients.

Peel and dice the apples into 1-inch pieces.

Fold the wet and dry ingredients together just until they’re combined.

Spread the cake batter into the bottom of a baking dish.

Place the apple pieces in a single layer on top of the batter. 

Sprinkle the crumble topping over the top and press it down a bit.

Bake it for 55-60 minutes at 350°F.
