Vegan Apple  Crumble Cake

This Vegan Apple Crumb Cake is made of sweet vanilla cake, soft, juicy apples, and a melt-in-your-mouth crumb topping. 

Ingredients

Crumb Topping: Mix the brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir in the melted vegan butter until it's crumbly.

Mix the plant milk and apple cider vinegar to create a vegan buttermilk. Whisk the dry cake ingredients together.

In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients.

Peel and dice the apples into bite-sized pieces.

Fold the wet and dry ingredients together just until they’re combined. Assemble the layers. 

Spread the cake batter into the bottom of a greased baking dish.

Place the apple pieces in a single layer above the batter. 

Sprinkle the crumble topping over the top and press it down a bit.

Bake it for 55-60 minutes at 350°F.
