Only a handful of ingredients such as creamy avocado, a roasted-to-perfection jalapeño, fresh garlic, and a squeeze of lime are needed.

Roast a jalapeño under the broiler for 5-7 minutes on each side.

Add the remaining ingredients to a blender: vegan sour cream. Cut the stem off the jalapeño and add it to the blender as well. Blend everything for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
