Vegan Banana Pumpkin Bread

Nutritious pumpkin purée and ripe bananas are baked into a delicious vegan banana pumpkin bread!

Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.

Mash the bananas and measure one cup.

Stir in the pumpkin, sugar, oil, and vanilla. Then, fold in the dry ingredients.

Try not to over mix it to keep the bread soft and tender.

Gently stir in the nuts and spoon the batter into the loaf pan.

Bake it for 50-60 minutes. Slice and enjoy the bread as soon as it cools down.
