Vegan BBQ Chicken Pizza

One bite of this cheesy pizza and there's no turning back! The tangy barbecue sauce, cheesiness, and dynamic savory flavors pack quite a punch!

Place the dough onto a smooth surface. Stretch it with your hands* to a 12-inch diameter.

 Transfer the dough to the pizza pan.

Spread the bbq sauce over the dough, leaving a ½-inch border.

Top the sauce with minced garlic.

Add the diced vegan "chicken."

Spread out the vegan cheddar shreds.

Shred and add vegan gouda or mozzarella.

Add half of the red onions, salt, and pepper.

Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes, until the crust is gold and the cheese is mostly melted. 

Top it with more barbecue sauce, the remaining red onions, and cilantro.
