Vegan Blackberry Pie

This Blackberry Pie is easy to make and so delicious! A flaky, buttery crust surrounds juicy, bursting fresh blackberries.


Combine the sugar and flour before cutting the vegan butter in. Stir in the water and knead it into a ball of dough.

Slice it into two thick discs and wrap them in plastic wrap before chilling the dough for 1 hour.

Gently combine the blackberries with the other filling ingredients. 

Roll out the bottom pie crust and place it into a pie pan. Fill it with the coated berries.

Roll out the top crust and place it on top. Pinch the two layers together and add slits for ventilation.

Brush plant milk over top. Bake it until the crust is golden-brown.
