Vegan Buffalo Sandwich

These vegan buffalo tofu sandwiches make for a perfect family meal because they are incredibly easy to make and so delicious!

Ingredients

Slice tofu into 4 slabs and place them in a single layer in a dish. Mix the marinade ingredients together and pour it on top.

Combine the breading ingredients in a wide, shallow bowl. Shake off the excess marinade from the tofu, and place it in the dry breading. 

Cook them in the air fryer or pan fry them.

Heat the buffalo sauce in a small pan until it’s warm. Gently dip the buffalo tofu into the sauce on both sides.

Assemble your sandwiches and enjoy!
