Vegan Cajun Dirty Rice

This Vegan Dirty Rice is hearty, filling, and incredibly delicious!

Ingredients

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Use broth in place of water.

Sauté the celery, bell pepper, and onions for 5 minutes or until they are softened.

Add the vegan beef, vegan sausage, garlic, Cajun seasoning, oregano, and salt. Stir regularly as this cooks for 5 minutes.

Reduce the heat level to low and coat everything with the flour. Pour in the vegetable broth and add the bay leaves. 

Stir occasionally as this simmers and thickens for about 5 minutes.

Fold the rice into the gravy. Garnish it with green onions and enjoy!
