Vegan Chicken Nuggets

These homemade vegan chicken nuggets are so crispy on the outside yet juicy and delicious on the inside!

Ingredients

Squeeze the tofu block and  press it for 10 minutes.

Combine the marinade ingredients. 

Slice the tofu into inch thick strips and then break them into smaller pieces. 

Place it in a dish and pour the marinade on top. Let this soak in for 15 minutes.

Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet breading ingredients in another. 

Preheat the air fryer and spray the basket with oil. Dip the tofu in the wet batter then gently coat them with the dry mixture.

Add the tofu to the air fryer in a single layer.

Bake them for 8-10 minutes. Shake the tray halfway through. Prepare the next batch while this one is air-frying. 

Repeat these steps until all of the nuggets are cooked. Sprinkle them with some parsley, salt, and pepper.
