Vegan Chocolate Bread

This decadent Vegan Chocolate Bread is so moist, fluffy, and delicious! It's very easy to make with simple and easy-to-find ingredients.

Ingredients

Make the vegan buttermilk by stirring the apple cider vinegar into the plant milk.

Use a sifter to add the flour, cane sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt to a bowl. Stir them together.

Add the vegan buttermilk, vegan yogurt, melted vegan butter, and vanilla to a bowl.

Whisk them together until it's smooth and creamy.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredient bowl.

Stir them together just until you see a few streaks of flour left. 

Fold in most of the chocolate chips, saving some for toppings.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Top it with the remaining chocolate chips.

Bake the bread for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. 

Let the chocolate bread cool completely before slicing it.
