Vegan Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies

These peanut butter chocolate chip protein cookies are easy to make and so delicious!

Ingredients

Stir the ground flax and plant milk together. Let it sit for a few minutes while it  thickens.

Add peanut butter, sugar, and protein powder. Stir everything  together.

The dough will be thick and sticky. Use a scoop to measure out portions of it. 

Roll it into balls and place them on the cookie sheet a few inches apart.

Flatten the cookie dough balls into ½ inch discs. 

Top the cookies with dairy-free chocolate chips.

Bake them for 10-12 minutes or until you start to see a slight golden tint to them.
