Vegan Goulash American Style

Hearty mushrooms and pasta are surrounded by a cheesy tomato sauce. This one-pot, American chop suey is a meal that everyone will love!


Cut the onions, mushrooms, and garlic. Sauté them for about 5 minutes or until the onions are translucent.

Add the tomato, bouillon, Worcestershire, seasoning, and sugar. Let it cook down for 10 minutes.

Stir in the pasta and cover the pot. Stir occasionally as it cooks for 15 minutes.

Mix in the vegan cheddar shreds.

Enjoy with fresh herbs!
