Vegan Green Chili Chicken Chimichangas

These vegan chimichangas are made with cheesy green chile jackfruit and refried beans! 

Sauté the onions and garlic. Sprinkle in the flour and stir it around.

Pour in the green chile sauce and vegetable broth. Let this sauce cook for a few minutes.

Stir in the jackfruit, cilantro, and seasoning. Cook it for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Mix in the vegan cheese. Take the pan off the heat.

Add refried beans and the jackfruit mixture to each tortilla. Roll them up into tight wraps.
