Vegan Hamburger Helper

It's amazing how much this Vegan Hamburger Helper tastes just like the original! Cheesy pasta, plant based crumbles, and savory flavors easily come together!

Ingredients

Add the olive oil to a hot pan. Once the oil is hot, add the diced onions and vegan crumbles. 

Sauté them until the onions are soft and translucent. 

Stir in the broth, plant milk, ketchup, and seasoning. Bring this to a boil and then stir in the pasta.

Reduce the heat to medium and cover the pot. Let the pasta cook for about 15-17 minutes until it’s al dente.

Turn the heat off and stir in the vegan cheddar and nutritional yeast.

Garnish the vegan cheeseburger macaroni with parsley and enjoy!
