Vegan Kolaches

These tasty vegan sausage kolaches easily come together with just 10 ingredients!


Cook the vegan breakfast sausage according to the package instructions.

Combine half of the flour with the other dry ingredients.

Stir in the wet ingredients. 

Roll it into a ball. Put it in a bowl and cover it loosely with a kitchen towel. Let it rests for 10 minutes.

Divide the dough into 8 sections. Roll each section into an oval. 

Add the vegan sausage, cheddar, and jalapeños. 

Roll the dough around the filling. Seal the seams by pinching them together. 

Cover the kolaches with a kitchen towel and place them in a warm corner for 30 minutes.

Bake them for 15 minutes.
