Vegan Mac and Cheese  (Without Cashews)

This creamy Vegan Mac and Cheese is so cheesy and tastes just right! A few simple ingredients and less than 30 minutes are all you need!


Boil the pasta in salted water.

Drain the water from the pasta and stir in the butter.

Add the plant milk, vegan cheddar, vegan cream cheese, and seasoning to a large pan over medium-low heat.

Smash the cream cheese and stir the sauce occasionally for 10-15 min. 

Add the buttered noodles to the pan and toss to coat.

Garnish with fresh herbs such as chives or parsley and enjoy!
