Start to boil the pasta to al-dente according to the package instructions.

Sauté the onions in olive oil over medium heat in a large pan. Once the onions are softened, add the garlic and cook it for 1 minute.

Pour in the broth, pumpkin, plant milk, tomato sauce, and seasoning.
