Vegan Pumpkin Pasta

This creamy vegan pumpkin pasta is irresistible! Savory flavors meet Fall season staples in this comforting and warm dish.

Ingredients: pumpkin puree, pasta, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, plant milk, flour, vegetable broth, olive oil, & seasoning.

1. Saute' the onions and garlic in olive oil. 2. Stir the flour in. Keep stirring  as the base thickens.

3. Add the remaining ingredients except for the pasta. Continue to stir as the sauce cooks for 10 more minutes.

4. Toss in cooked pasta such as linguine, fettuccine, or penne.  Once fully coated, serve and enjoy!

It quickly comes together with simple ingredients, and leaves the family delightfully satisfied!
